The transformation project 5Zeuven is located in the Arnhem district of Kronenburg. The property will be transformed from an office building into a sustainable residential area, where 40 apartments will be realized and the ground floor will remain office space. The project is being carried out by the main contractor Bouwbedrijf Wijlens together with the partners Megens Installaties, Rijkaart Elektrotechniek and Eissink plafond- en wand systemen. The property is located opposite the Kronenburg shopping center which is within walking distance. The 40 apartments are between 40m2 and 75m2 in size. Based on our sustainability ambition, we have chosen to deliver the apartments gas-free with an A+ energy label. The special thing about this object is the communal home office pavilion, which is located on the top floor. There is a roof terrace with a beautiful view over the city, so that working from home feels like working in an office. This multifunctional communal space is a place where tenants can come together, which stimulates social cohesion. In order to achieve sufficient outdoor quality, there will be large communal outdoor spaces on the roofs. We expect to deliver this project in Q4 2022.
