In the middle of the city center in Enschede, right across from the train station, we have purchased an office building from the 1990s with the intention of further shaping the transformation that has already been initiated. As such, we will expand the current 39 apartments to 80 apartments on the various floors.
The current quality of the building leaves much to be desired and we therefore intend to renovate the building and increase the quality.
